3KO features 12 unique stages designed to test you across the three dimensions of FAST athleticism: power, strength, and endurance. Competitors must complete each grueling challenge before advancing to the next. Whether you’re aiming to finish first or just cross the finish line, 3KO is a race against the clock to see how quickly you can knock out every movement. The event lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on fitness level.
